Sandra Schick, CPA

Sandra graduated with her Master of Science Degree in Accounting and obtained her CPA License in the State of Florida. Sandra has been working in accounting roles with small businesses for over 20 years.  Sandra’s public experience was with a local, regional accounting firm.  She has extensive experience in the private sector with roles as Director of Finance and Corporate Controller within small, medium and large public companies. Analyzing business needs, procedures, internal controls, auditing, credit card processing and business solutions are her strengths. Sandra has a passion for everything accounting, and begins teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Seminole State College in the Fall of 2021.

Mary Baxley, CPA, CGMA

Mary, a Pennsylvania native, is a CPA licensed in Florida and Pennsylvania. She also earned the AICPA’s  designation of Chartered Global Management Accountant.   Her public accounting experience includes Coopers & Lybrand, a family partnership specializing in tax, and subsequently her own accounting firm in NE Pennsylvania. In addition to Mary’s experience in public accounting, she also has vast experience in the private sector having served in Vice President of Finance and CFO roles.

Mary enjoys working with individuals and business owners. She has a good first-hand understanding of their challenges and rewards. Start-ups are also another favorite.
